Change to Operating Plan
Change to Layout Plan. Add seasonal variation to incorporate into layout plan and operating plan seasonal extended off sales display area with a capacity of 7.2m2 to be utilised during December and Easter each year. Add recoded music during and outwith core hours. Amend wording at Q5(f) of operating plan.
